Makes 8 - 10 Eggs
First, boil the eggs until they are fully cooked and pour out the hot water immediately. Rinse the eggs until they are cooled and crack the shell but leave the shells intact. Put the eggs into another pot, and simmer with the following ingredients for around 2 to 3 hours. Turn off the heat, and leave overnight to marinade. I recommend you reheat the eggs before you eat them.

Recipe:
2 Cups of water (Roughly 500-600cc)
2 Tablespoons of dark soy sauce
1/2 Tablespoon of sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
6-8 pods of star anise
Around 1g of any tea leaves
