金針雲耳冬菇蒸雞

材料:
雞翼1磅
金針、雲耳酌量
冬菇 4隻
紅棗去核 10粒
薑3片切絲

醃料:
生抽1湯匙半
老抽1湯匙
糖2茶匙
蠔油1湯匙
紹酒1湯匙
粟粉2茶匙
雞粉半茶匙
胡椒粉、麻油適量

做法:
雞翼洗淨切開兩段、冬茹浸軟切開。
金針、雲耳浸軟去除硬塊、再燒滾水加入浸軟金針、雲耳氽水約1分鐘撈起瀝乾。紅棗浸軟切開取去核。
雞翼瀝乾水份加入餘下配料、放入調味料拌勻去醃;醃時間愈久愈好,我最少醃它2小時。
燒熱水、蒸約20分鐘至熟透。
