This is a video I've been asked to re-film for a while now and I hope you find it useful to remember you're not any different if you also bloat. Like I mention in the video, I don't always bloat. If I do, it never really causes me any discomfort and I just go about my day but of course if this affects you everyday then please go and speak to a doctor about it (: I'm not a doctor or medical practitioner in any way, this is just for reference given that I have been checked and cleared by a physician (:

WORKOUT:

-Explosive side bounds: 2 sets of 10 each side
-Ball balances: 3 sets of 10seconds (use a support until comfortable)
-Balance ball kneels: 3 sets of 10 (use a support until comfortable and then do ball slams to advance the move)
-Leg press: 3 sets of 10-12
-Reverse lunges: 4 sets of 8 each side
-Jumping Squats: 4 sets of 8-10
-Hip thrusts: 4 sets of 10
