Personal Notes: Hello everyone!! Welcome to a brand new tribute dedicated to the evilest bad guy around, Negan himself! Or at least that's how I tried to portray him. Personally I don't think twd orchestrated him correctly to make him a compelling villain. He felt more like the class clown with a big ego, so I decided to cast him in a different light.
